Traces are the detailed snapshots that Loadster captures during Browser Bot load tests – they include screenshots, resource waterfalls, and error details from individual bot runs. Extending the TTL to 30 days means you have a much larger window to go back and investigate issues after a test finishes. Prior to this change, traces expired sooner, which could be frustrating if you ran a test on Friday and didn’t get around to analyzing it until the following week.
This pairs well with the test report, which gives you the high-level metrics and trends. Traces fill in the story behind those numbers – when you see a spike in errors or response times, you can jump to the traces to see exactly what the browser was doing at that moment.
