OpenAPI 3 Imports

OpenAPI/Swagger import in protocol scripts now reads OpenAPI 3.0 and 3.1 specs as well as Swagger 2. Each imported step gets its method, a full URL from the spec’s first server, and a request body generated from the schema as JSON, multipart, or a urlencoded form.

Swagger 2 imports change too: URLs now include the spec’s basePath and use its first scheme, and a JSON body follows the schema’s shape instead of being wrapped in an array.
